Her research focuses on the link between intellectuals, artists, and communist parties in the Southern Cone. Her first book, Intelectuales y partido comunista: itinerario de Héctor Agosti, 1930-1963 (Raleigh, NC, 2014) was published with support from North Carolina State University. Her second book, Obreros de la cultura. Intelectuales, artistas y partidos comunistas en el Cono Sur, décadas de 1930 y 1940 (Bernal, 2023), was published by the UNQ Press, offering a new perspective on the link between artists and the communist party in the South American region. Her current research examines connections between culture and party politics and the links between intellectuals and artists and mass culture, exploring both through the dimension of gender, and particularly in connection with the United States.
She has published academic articles in specialized journals in Argentina, Chile, France, and the United States.
